As I told my dealer Craig about it, he didn't miss a second to have my husband park right up front and bring him in. The whole darn dealership was happy to meet and love on our dog which warmed my soul. They host a dog event annually with pups up for adoption as well, so a very dog friendly bunch. Aside from that, Craig, Kristie and Doug were fantastic. Doug was ultimately the man to sign off on my car deal while Craig was kind and patient enough to set everything up with me via email before I came from out of town. Kristie was wonderful to deal with on the backend of financing - she went through everything with me as thoroughly as I asked. I am thrilled with the entire experience. Car dealerships are intimidating and you want to have your guard up, but there ain't no way a bunch of fine dressed folks are gonna full body pet and fawn over my big ol pup and not be genuinely good people. 10/10 yall! ”

“ I was looking for a car with more room and a better engine and transmission than my Ford Focus without breaking the bank or getting something with too many miles. Yesterday I took delivery of a 1-owner Ford Fussion Titanium at Ciocca Subaru with less than 62000 miles. Well I must admit it was much easier than my last car and Christie made me feel comfortable with working to get GAP insurance and still keep my payments where it was affordable. After finishing with finance, Amber handed the keys over to me and walked out to the car with me and told me she would follow up in a couple days.
